Venue Portraits

Taking home a portrait of a place where fantastic memories were created, is a special way of marking an event – evoking that memorable time and place for years to come.

I offer a venue portrait service, whereby, based on a photograph that you supply, I draw your venue and provide framed prints for you to purchase and sell onto your customers; for example, the prints could be sold as a special memento for a couple as part of their wedding package (or be included as part of the package), or they could be sold in a shop / sales outlet.

Each print includes the name of your venue – a fabulous marketing opportunity because these prints will be hanging on people’s walls all over the country!

We have two great options for you:

Option 1. Framed prints presented in a beautiful gift box – ideal for weddings

Artwork can be supplied with an individual gift box when purchased for weddings.  The gift box has been chosen with that special day in mind, being made of white card (nearly 100% recycled material, which in turn, is fully recyclable).  The lid of the box is decorated with ivory ribbon, and the box is filled with white shredded paper as a luxury base for the artwork.

The cost per framed print and gift box is £55.  We recommend that you sell at £100.
Please note that there is a minimum order of 5, totalling £275. Discounts are available for larger orders.

Option 2. Framed Prints (no gift box) – ideal for sale in outlets such as a gift shop or cafe.

Framed prints can also be purchased without the gift box for you to sell as you wish.

The cost per framed print is £45.  We recommend that you sell at £90.
Please note that there is a minimum order of 5 prints, totalling £225. Discounts are available for larger orders.

About the artwork

Each print is mounted to fit into a 14 x 11 inch frame.   The frames are black to complement the artwork, are handmade in the UK and use wood from sustainable UK sources. For safety reasons during transportation – we want to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition – the frames are supplied with clear perspex rather than glass (visually, perspex provides an identical finish to glass).  Perspex also makes them relatively light-weight for hanging purposes.

All prints are produced using Fine Art Giclée Printing – a fancy term for superior quality printing designed for reproducing artwork – and are printed using museum quality, Fine Art Trade Guild approved equipment, inks and paper. The papers (including mounts) and inks are acid free and comply with the highest archival quality standards, meaning that the prints should last for over 100 years without any deterioration!

Prints are produced on Hahnemühle’s 290gsm Bamboo paper (90% Bamboo fibre, 10% Cotton, natural white), which is one of the world’s finest environmentally focused digital fine art papers and the first to be made from Bamboo fibres.  Finally, artwork is mounted using a window mount with an acid free back.
